Every day at the camp, guests work on MMA training drills like shoots, takedowns, sprawl defense, Guard, Mount, locks, holds, bars, and submissions. |

MMA training at our camp is done in a REAL Octagon cage with padded rails and floor. Learn to work and use the cage to benefit your style of MMA fighting. Train Muay Thai in the cage and combine your striking and grappling training. |

Proper technique and application is an important part of training. Instructors will often have guests train the same drill 10+ times in-a-row to make sure the guest has each step of the technique and understands the offensive and defensive ramification of each Mixed Martial Arts or Jiu-Jitsu technique. |

MMA training sessions are conducted in a training group or class. Trainers and students work together through techniques, drill, sparring, grappling, learning submission holds and arm bars, heel hooks, leg locks, triangle chokes, rear naked choke, and many more. |
