mac did wonders for my ability, i felt an improvement after one private and despite only 4 privates n 2 groups at the end i felt my ability had doubled, anyone wanting to train in phuket this school has the sickest setup out, period. whilst im sure all the trainers are great the experienced mac was incredible and made me a much more all round fighter with a great emphasis on how to defend an attack and launch the counter, he was also great teachin the clinch n the inner workings and techniques to dominate opponents.
